Commercial Support Officer

A Commercial support officer will report directly to the Lead Mid-Office TCF.We are looking for enthusiastic commercial support officers, who have interest in the commodity business and are keen to working in a divers, young new team. The Trade & Commodity commercial team consist of 2 different areas :1. Energy and Metals Commodities (E&M)The E&M teams focus on energy and metal commodity traders active in Europe and CIS. The desks service both very large clients as well as smaller clients2. Agri CommoditiesThe Agri team focusses on commodity traders that are servicing grains, oil seeds, coffee, cocoa, cotton and sugar in Europe and CISAs a Commercial support officer you will be dedicated to one of these teams and also have some activities that are across both teams.What do you see when you envisage your next step? Your job

Assisting Account Managers in their administrative and some commercial tasks, maintaining the files and adherence to procedures (either internal or regulatory) at the highest possible standard. Prepare certain management The focus is on commercial support services, where the customer is taken as the starting point, and contributing to the achievement of results of the commercial departments. You have an eye for the department’s needs and take action to increase customer satisfaction. Values care over speed in customer service.

Responsibilities are, but not exhaustive:

Administrative tasks related to Documentation for existing and new clients.

• Assists in the administrative process for legal documentation (closing lists, missing documentation,imperfect documentation, security agreements etc.).
• Manages signing of signatory pages.
• Administrates the covenants and other relevant conditions in C-Track.
• Manages legal bills and payment of bills and reimbursement of bills to clients.
• Ensures proper filing of client related documentation.Monitoring the designated client portfolio on the basis of guidelines and procedures:
• Gathers information to enable the client file to be kept up to date.
• Partly by assessing reports, monitors compliance with the approval conditions and the agreements drawn up for the client (C-track).
• Prepares and send Referent Letters in coordination with Account Management.
• Arrange bank statements for Audit Purposes.
• Uploading of meeting minutes in SiebelOther supportive tasks:
• Organise Account Managers codes
• Opening and closing of accountsDepending growth tasks can be expanding to those related to the credit process.

• Adequate level of English
• Proper stakeholder management
• Knowledge of bank's procedures & systems, such as C-track, Siebel, Klantbeeld, BCDB, etc.
• Knowledge of Trade & Commodity Finance and markets is considered a plus
• Team player
