As a Customer & Operations (Banking) manager, you will be implementing projects at our clients in the banking sector. Your focus here will be on transformation: designing a new learning model for a private bank, supervising a carve-out of a recently sold division, developing and piloting a new lending proposition – just a few examples of possible engagements in this field of operations. You will work intensively with colleagues from other PwC disciplines (e.g.: strategy, technology, risk, finance and actuarial services). With this combination we make the difference for our clients. The engagements you will be working on are complex and challenging. The solutions you devise and implement are creative and directly impact how our clients' customers are served and how their employees function. In addition to your engagement, you will be busy building your network at PwC and beyond. As a manager, you will be responsible for supervising teams/sub- teams and your projects will regularly be international in nature.

You have consultancy experience and are employed in the line organisation of a bank. Like your colleagues at PwC, you are enthusiastic, driven and you combine a sharp mind with communication skills.

You recognise yourself in the profile below:

  • You have completed a Master’s, preferably in a technical or financial-economic field
  • You have 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience
  • You enjoy the challenge of using your practical and creative skills to analyse and resolve new issues in environments where technology plays a decisive role
  • You understand the strategy of banks
  • It is your ambition to expand your knowledge of the banking sector and your passion for the sector means you wish to fathom all aspects of it
  • You like the prospect of carrying out projects both at home and abroad
