You and your job
As Managing Consultant Front Office Support, you like to work in an international environment with different stakeholders. You help leading a specific sector team that plays a critical role in client lifecycle management across Wholesale Europe & Africa. The team supports (Global) Client Owners in fulfilling their responsibilities related to FEC, combining customer service, administrative precision, and stakeholder management with deep domain knowledge.
You ensure that onboarding and monitoring activities are executed with high quality and within agreed timelines and are good at building a network and collaboration across the organization. You drive operational control, boost efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.
Get results
- Steer and report on KPIs to monitor process quality and progress across the sector portfolio
- Connect people and departments to ensure smooth client journeys and strong alignment across the chain.
- Support in managing and coaching a team of 5-10 FOS Associates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Act as the contact point for FEC Operations, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and in control.
- Drive continuous improvement by ensuring processes are followed and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Execute change management in close collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.

Top 3 responsibilities
- Facilitate your team to collect data and analyse client documents in order to prepare (pre-working) FEC assessments, in close cooperating with our commercial colleagues.
- Controlling the FEC cycle of our clients next to pre-working all FEC administrative and client facing activities for our FEC Operations teams in Londen and Utrecht.
- Continuous improve and further professionalize the way of working by implementing newest technologies to optimize.
As Managing Consultant Front Office Support, your assignment is part of the Front Office Support E&A. This is a vibrant team of mostly young professionals, dedicated to making a meaningful impact throughout the client journey. The team is part of the Region Europa, Africa & Asia (EAA) and operates within the Client Support & Change EAA department.

The 30 people in Front Office Support E&A provide portfolio- and transaction-level support to Client Owners based in Region EAA. You and your talent
- A completed Master’s degree in Finance or Law is a must.
- Over 5 years of proven experience as operational manager in a result-driven environment outside Rabobank.
- Proven knowledge of financial-economic regulations and experience in FEC-related topics.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt is a must.
- Proven experience with Business Process Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with MI tools such as Firebird and PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect across departments and levels.
- Knowledge of primary banking processes, risk management, wholesale products, and systems is a plus.
