As a Product Manager Housing, you are a crucial linking pin to implement changes for the acceptance, offering and handling of Rabobank mortgages using our mid-office applications.

You & your job

Imagine that we can quickly provide our customers with certainty about their financing when buying a dream home, followed by a smooth process to finalize their Rabobank mortgage. This ensures that customers who have taken out a Rabobank mortgage can live financially healthy, now and in the future.

As a Product Manager Housing, you work in the Area Lending Service & Administration, where we are responsible for receiving mortgage applications, acceptance, the offering, the passing, the back-office registration and service actions during the term of the mortgage. In this role, you are responsible for improving and changing the acceptance, offering and handling activities using our mid-office systems, especially in our legacy chain. Additionally, you help with prioritizing the most important activities based on coordination with our stakeholders.

You work closely together with colleagues throughout the Housing Value Chain (i.e. Tribe Housing, Operations and our Front Office (Segment)). You make a significant contribution to help optimize the mid-office journeys for both channels. As Product Manager Housing you have a big responsibility and are able to make significant impact within the Housing Value Chain.

• You are responsible for managing changes in the mid-office applications, associated processes, and corresponding implementations.
• You develop and realize functionality and services to maximally support the acceptance, offering and handling of mortgage applications. You monitor the scope, content, lead times, and quality of the changes you are responsible for.
• You involve and coordinate with stakeholders.

You & your talent

• HBO-WO working and thinking level;
• Experience in the mortgage market is preferred;
• Experience in organizing impactful change projects and projects with successful implementations, preferably with IT delivery teams;
• Experience with agile working;
• Willingness to take responsibility, self-critical attitude, and customer-oriented;
• Naturally entrepreneurial and strong in connecting knowledge, expertise, and people;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
