You & Your Role
You will lead a team of approximately 10 AB&C analysts, directly contributing to Rabobank’s compliance with Anti-Bribery and Corruption regulations. You help protect the bank’s integrity and reputation by ensuring robust AB&C controls and risk management.
You are responsible for managing, motivating, and inspiring a group of analysts. You ensure the team meets its targets, fosters innovation, and maintains high standards of ethical conduct. As Team Lead AB&C, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding Rabobank’s compliance and reputation by overseeing investigations and ensuring the quality and quantity of your team’s output.

The 10 colleagues of the AB&C Investigations and Detection team are responsible for handling reviews associated with AB&C triggers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You & Your Talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 6-8 years of demonstrable AB&C investigative experience in the FEC domain.
- Proven Financial services industry experience with a good understanding of AB&C principles.
- Thorough end-to-end understanding of the client and third parties lifecycle within financial institutions.
- Relevant expertise of AB&C risks related to business processes and related policies.
- Relevant expertise in integrating data-driven results into recommendations and/or policy, contributing to the department’s AB&C adherence and objectives.
