Within the DB Corporate Bank, the decision has been made to implement the Relationship & Transaction Management model that follows our commitment to client-centricity. By combining our client service units and the subsidiary coverage teams into one function, RTM will be contributing to strong revenue growth through scalable flow product initiatives, synergies as well as enhancing the overall client experience, but also help fostering a holistic collaboration across products and functions in the region as well as allowing Coverage to focus on key clients and new deal origination.
Corporate Bank Trade Finance supports corporate clients in mitigating and managing these risks globally by a range of product solutions and services, like Documentary Credits, Collections and Guarantees. Additionally funded and strategic solutions are provided aimed at optimizing a corporate’s balance sheet, liquidity and supplier & buyer challenges. These solutions support corporates in meeting their strategic and financial goals.
TF Advisory & Services builds and maintains an excellent relationship with corporate clients by providing advisory proactively and best in class service. TF Advisory & Services is responsible for the front-to-back transaction flows, controlling asset flows and risks and executing on transaction monitoring. Whilst doing so, the teams are responsible for maintaining regular client contacts and creating and monitoring client satisfaction. There is a close cooperation with TF & CTF Structuring who provide (tailor-made) solutions across the trade finance value chain which includes pitching for complex facility agreements and responding to RFPs.
Important: the role is a fix-term role, 6 months contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for several TF key processes during lifetime of client
- Handling of inbound and outbound mail and Scanning activities
- Execution of pre- & postprocessing of the documentary business of all TF clients of DB Benelux: Export & Import LCs, Export & Import Collections, Account Receivable programs, which includes scanning, preparing and sending of the work order to the processing hub in India via WFMS
- Monitoring timelines of processing hub India on various processes
- Handling of simple TF client queries on documentary business
- Signals points of improvement for products, procedures and processes
- Handling of TFA&S responsibilities under KOD Transaction Monitoring
- Housekeeping for systems queues such as SWIFT, e-folder and WFMS
- Acts as a role model with respect to the Values and Beliefs in general, but especially in terms of Customer Centricity; Innovation, Discipline and Teamwork

- Works within technical guidelines and direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Cooperates with Service Support departments and/or Credit Process Centers within Trade Finance/Deutsche Bank
- Excellent Microsoft office, word and excel skills
- MBO
- Preferably experience in the financial sector
- Preferably knowledge of Deutsche Bank Trade Finance systems and products
- Proactive attitude and can-do mentality to innovation and change
