You & Your Role

As Manager Partner Management B2B Sales- the fintech environment of Rabobank- you will lead a team at the intersection of innovation and e-

çommerce.

Do you see opportunities in the market and know how to connect with the right players in the fields of Payments, Digital Identity, and Embedded Services? You understand better than anyone how these areas are increasingly intertwined and can co-create innovative solutions with clients and partners that add value for all.

You will work closely with Product Management and shape our market attack plan.

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with external PSPs and payment partners to strengthen Rabobank’s B2B proposition.

Top 3 Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the Partner Management team by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and ensuring continuous professional growth, while maintaining a strong focus on employee wellbeing and team performance.
  • Coordinating and overseeing operational activities, including planning, work division, and pipeline management, to ensure timely achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Shaping and executing the Partner Management strategy by translating market developments and regulatory changes into actionable goals and policies, and advising on improvements to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Sell existing solutions and co-create new ones with partners: consider APIs from the bank and its partners to solve impactful customer problems.
  • Play a key role in Rabobank’s Digital Transition and help shape the face of our propositions together with product and marketing.

Within the organisation, you will report to the Supervisory Organisation B2B Sales and play a pivotal role in aligning the team’s objectives with Rabobank’s broader B2B strategy.

You & Your Talent

  • University degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in the payments industry, with a strong focus on B2B strategies and relationship management.
  • Proven experience in financial services or fintech, with a track record of driving business development with partner networks.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities, including people leadership and coaching.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with meticulous attention to data and results.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities, able to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written).
  • High level of organisational sensitivity and adaptability to change.
  • Decisive, entrepreneurial, and market-oriented mindset.
