Tech Lead TM Detection
As Tech Lead TM Detection, you ensure that Transaction Monitoring within Rabobank is stable, compliant, and continuously improving, so that unusual transactions are detected in a timely manner and the bank remains secure.
You & your job
Within the FEC Transaction Monitoring (TM) Detection team, you play a key role in preventing financial crime. You lead three squads focused on developing and maintaining transaction monitoring solutions. Through your leadership and vision, you create a safe and resilient banking environment, inspiring and coaching your teams to bring out the best in themselves.

- Strengthen IT stability and compliance within the TM Detection domain.
- Improve collaboration with IT partners to optimise delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Inspire and coach engineering talent within Rabobank.

- 36 hours per week.
- You lead 3 squads, each responsible for rule-based transaction monitoring.
- 9.5 million customers worldwide.

- Leading multiple squads and stimulating team growth and performance through coaching, knowledge sharing, and implementing best practices.
- Safeguarding IT stability, security, and compliance according to Simplify@Scale governance, and managing dependencies within FEC Tech and other domains.
- Facilitating a culture of psychological safety, curiosity, and collaboration, while strategically contributing to the goals of CFECO and CITO.
As Tech Lead within TM Detection, you represent the Tech domain and work closely with various teams and stakeholders. Your position is crucial for achieving a safe, stable, and future-oriented banking environment.

You & your talent
- Academic working and thinking level.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or coordinating IT role in complex environments.
- Experience with DevOps teams and Simplify@Scale (S@S).
- Affinity with transaction monitoring and software lifecycle management.
- Experience with implementing third-party software platforms.
